.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Low pres south of New England intensifies into a gale center Thu 
night, as it comes onshore Fri into NY state and Pennsylvania, then 
south of New England Fri night. The low then exits into the Gulf of 
Maine Sat and Maritimes Sun. Weak high pressure builds across the MA 
and RI waters Monday. A cold front moves across New England Tuesday 
night, followed by dry northwest flow Wednesday.
