Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM. 

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Light to moderate winds and generally low seas will
prevail through the first half of the weekend. By Sunday, an
increasing pressure gradient will lead to increasing southeast
winds. This may result in Small Craft Exercise Caution to Small
Craft Advisory conditions late this weekend into early next week.
Otherwise, expect rain-free conditions to continue through the
period.
