Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge of high pressure averaging 30.00 inches will build into 
Lake Erie today. A warm front lifts across the lake south to north
tonight, followed by a cold front Monday night. High pressure
30.10 inches builds just south of the lake Tuesday night.
Wednesday night through Thursday night sees a trough averaging
29.60 inches as low pressure tracks east northeastward along the
Ohio River Valley.

.TONIGHT...South winds 5 to 10 knots. A slight chance of showers
late. Waves 1 foot or less. 
.MONDAY...South winds around 10 knots. A chance of showers in the
morning, then showers in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 2 feet. 
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west and
increasing to 15 to 25 knots. Showers likely in the evening.
Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 6 feet. 
.TUESDAY...West winds 15 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. Waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet. 
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming northeast.
Rain likely Wednesday night. Waves 2 feet or less. 
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest
15 to 20 knots. A chance of rain showers during the day, then
