.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E towards the region 
tonight, then move offshore Sun and Sun night, and persist 
through Tue. Another cold front will approach and move into the 
northern waters Tue night. The front will stall across the area 
Wed and then will begin to lift back as a warm front Wed night.
Low pressure over the N Mid-Atlantic waters will pull yet another 
cold front across the area by later Thu night.
