                       are possible in the surf zone. Remember
                       to swim near a lifeguard and with a non-
                       inflatable flotation device, such as a life
                       jacket or boogie board.

                       sunglasses, and use sunscreen of SPF 15
                       or higher. Remain in shade if possible.
