  Ocean Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to 35 NM 
  offshore...
  Ocean Waters from the Merrimack River to Plymouth from 40 to 60 NM 
  offshore...

At 758 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a few strong thunderstorms, 
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This 
thunderstorm was located over Cape Cod Bay, moving northeast at 50 
knots.

Locations impacted include...
The East End Of Cape Cod Canal, Race Point, Plymouth Light, Wellfleet
Harbor, Cape Cod Bay, Nauset Light, Manomet Point, and North Eastham.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until this storm
passes.
