...OCCASIONAL NORTHWEST TO NORTH WIND GUSTS AROUND 35 KNOTS...

Occasional wind gusts to near gale force, or around 35 knots, are
expected across the open waters of the Chesapeake Bay, the 
adjacent bays and tributaries along the Eastern Shore, the Tidal 
Patapsco River, and Tidal Patuxent River. These strong northwest
to north winds will continue through early this evening.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller 
vessels, should exercise extreme caution if navigating the waters
during this time.
