...SQUALLY SHOWERS MOVING NORTHWEST ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS...

Through 2 pm, rain bands with embedded squalls associated with 
Hurricane Rafael will continue to move northwest at 25 to 30 knots 
through the coastal waters surrounding the island chain, mainly 
across the Lower and Middle Keys. The stronger activity will be 
capable of heavy downpours reducing visibilities, wind gusts of near 
35 knots, and an occasional few lightning strikes.
