Winds continue to gust between 28 and 32 knots but are falling just 
short of gale force...34 knots.  Still, boaters should remain alert 
to the strong gusts through late morning and into the afternoon. 
Small Craft Advisories remain in effect for winds and seas through 3 
pm nearshore and Laguna Madre and 6 pm beyond 20 nm out.
