...TROPICAL FUNNEL CLOUDS AND WATERSPOUTS POSSIBLE TODAY...

Conditions are favorable for the development of tropical funnel
clouds and waterspouts today. Although typically short-lived, 
waterspouts can pose a threat to boaters. These waterspouts most 
often occur along the coast over the bays and nearshore waters 
during the morning to midday hours.
