...SHOWERS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUT OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Nearshore and Open Waters from St Joseph to Manistee MI...

At 538 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a broken line showers 
stretching from 20 miles west of Ludington southward to just 
offshore of South Haven.  The showers were tracking south southeast 
at 25 mph.  Within this line of showers, conditions are favorable 
for isolated waterspouts.  The risk for waterspouts will persist 
through sunset.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners are encouraged to seek safe harbor if threatening weather 
approaches and listen for additional statements or possible warnings.
