At 1108 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong 
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 40 knots and 
small hail. These storms may be capable of producing a brief 
waterspout.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
forecast office.
