Areas of strong wind will be found across eastern Oregon and
portions of southwestern Idaho this morning. Gusts to 40 mph will
be common, with local gusting up to 55 mph possible. The strongest
wind is expected to occur over the higher terrain, generally above
5000 feet. Wind over these areas should weaken through the 
morning, though a return of gusty wind will be possible late this 
afternoon.
