River.
 
For the Illinois River at Ottawa, the latest stage is 460.0 feet at 8
PM Friday. Flood stage is 463.0 feet. Heavy rainfall over the past 24 
hours will cause the river to rise above bankfull and is forecast to 
crest around 461.2 feet Sunday morning.
