Near Lincoln:
* No flooding is forecast at this time.
* The 02 PM Monday stage was 27.1 feet and rising.
* The flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* It is forecast to crest around 28.1 feet early Tuesday morning.
* At 30.0 feet...The railroad tracks flood 4 miles west of Lincoln 
when Spillman Creek is high. Water may be near 2 feet deep.
