At 330 AM CDT, the Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River was at 
11.1 feet, which is one foot over flood stage. At this stage, 
cattle grazing in the flood plain are threatened by rising water. 
The river is expected to drop below flood stage by 7 AM.
