For the Palo Duro Creek...the following locations are included...
Spearman 6W.

.Two to three inches of rain have fallen upstream of the gage 
site. An additional tenth to half an inch is expected. The runoff 
from the heavy rain is expected to cause a modest rise on the creek 
through Wednesday night, but the creek is no longer expected to 
rise to bankfull by Wednesday morning. This will be the last 
statement for this event.

For the Palo Duro Creek at Spearman 6W. 
* Latest stage: 3.1 feet at 08 PM Tuesday. 
* Flood stage: 20.0 feet. 
* Bankfull stage: 9.0 feet. 

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
