For the Spring Creek at Tankersley:
  * At 145 PM CDT Tuesday the observed stage was 8.1 feet.
  * Action Stage:   8.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    14.0 feet.
  * Forecast: The river will crest near 8.4 feet early this evening, 
  then fall below action stage early Wednesday morning.
