For the North Concho River at Carlsbad:
* At 730 AM CST Friday the observed stage was 3.59 feet.
* Action Stage:   10.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    12.0 feet.
* Forecast: River is expected to remain below action stage. This will
  be the last forecast for this event.


For the Pecan Bayou at Cross Cut:
* At 645 AM CST Friday the observed stage was 11.99 feet.
* Action Stage:   16.0 feet.
* Flood Stage:    33.0 feet.
* Forecast: River is forecast to reach action stage this evening,
  cresting at 16.1 ft tonight. River is expected to fall back below
  action stage tomorrow morning.
