Skies were mostly clear today across the Land of Enchantment, 
after a Pacific front moved out early this morning. Roswell 
received 0.07" of rain early today. Colder and windy conditions 
prevailed today. High temperatures only reached into the 30s 
across the northern mountains, and into the 40s elsewhere, with 
some 50s in the lower Rio Grande valley and far southeast plains. 
Expect skies to be mostly clear tonight, with low temperatures 
dropping into the teens across the northern mountains and the 
west, and into the 20s elsewhere.

Tomorrow, high pressure builds in from the four corners, and 
temperatures will begin to warm back up across the western half of
the state into next week. Meanwhile, a backdoor front will cool 
temperatures across the eastern plains early Saturday morning, and
again on Monday as a stronger backdoor cold front moves south 
across eastern New Mexico. By midweek next week, temperatures will
be back above normal statewide.
