SOUTH WINDS GUSTED FROM 35 TO 50 MPH FROM MIDDAY OF OCTOBER 28 THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON OF OCTOBER 30 WHEN PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPED. THE PERSISTENT WINDS ALSO LEAD TO TREE AND POWER LINE DAMAGE. $$
