Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes possible in isolated areas. .Wind...Localized breezy conditions will occur in marine areas. .Marine Conditions...Seas of around 7 feet across are expected in our northwestern-most waters. Hazardous conditions for small craft. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the surf zone particularly along the northern beaches of Puerto Rico. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday The risk of rip currents will continue high on Wednesday for most of the beaches with a northern exposure. After moderate risk Thursday and Friday, the risk will return to high through Monday. There is a limited risk of flooding on Friday along the coasts in northeast Puerto Rico and the southwestern Cordillera Central resulting in ponding of poorly drained areas. Mariners will need to exercise caution on Wednesday-- mostly in the Atlantic waters and the Mona Passage.
