Weather hazards expected... Elevated Fog risk. DISCUSSION... Areas of fog and drizzle will lead to reduced visibilities tonight, especially along and south of the Interstate 44 corridor. Visibilities of a half mile or less will occur at times and may impact travel. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Areas of fog and drizzle will persist into Christmas day. Visibilities will again be reduced to a half mile or less at times especially along and south of the Interstate 44 corridor. While visibilities will improve in the afternoon, there is increasing confidence that fog will redevelop and become locally dense Christmas night near and south of a Cassville to Marshfield to Salem line. Additional rain will then return Thursday afternoon, increase in intensity Thursday night before ending west to east Friday morning. While widespread flooding is not expected, recent rains combined with this additional rainfall may lead to a localized flood potential south of I-44.
