.DISCUSSION...The North Bay has received up to a foot of rain 
over the last 36 hours. The atmospheric river will continue today,
with the majority of the rain remaining confined to the North 
Bay. In addition to the rain, strong southerly winds will persist
for the next 24-36 hours across the majority of the Bay Area. By 
Friday, a cold front will approach the coast, causing wetting 
rain to be much more widespread. By Saturday, the rain intensity 
will decrease, but an active pattern will keep some rain in the 
forecast through the middle of next week. The RH will also remain 
very high throughout the forecast period.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
