wildland fuels, including grasses and shrubs.

WHERE: Natrona County

WHEN: 12 PM to 6 PM today, October 27th.

RELATIVE HUMIDITY: 16 to 20 percent, with isolated areas of 15
percent.

WIND: Southwest around 20 mph, with gusts 30 to 35 mph.

TEMPERATURE: Highs around 70 degrees, about 15 degrees above
normal.

IMPACT: Fire and emergency officials should be aware that weather
conditions will be favorable for the development of significant 
wind-driven grass and shrub fires.
