.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers with a few isolated thunderstorms will drift
towards the west northwest in the vicinity of Key West throughout
this afternoon. While low level steering flow will be generally
out of the east to southeast at 5 to 10 mph for the first 5000 
ft, nearby boundaries ejected from convection from the northeast 
could suddenly back near surface flow. The primary rain threat 
will persist until this evening as drier air aloft filters over 
the island chain with easterly breezes closer to near 10 mph.
