A westerly swell is currently near 16 feet at 13 seconds, and will slowly subside through Thursday. A strengthening secondary cyclone will brush by the coast late Thursday and will quickly strengthen southerly winds Thursday night into Friday morning. Rainfall will increase to moderate to heavy rates by Thursday night. Strong gale conditions, with gusts up to 45 kts will develop in the outer waters beyond 10 nm Thursday night, and some gale strength gusts will be likely in portions of the inner zones within 10 nm out.
