.DISCUSSION...The atmospheric river continues today, but the bulk
of the rain will remain in the North Bay. Periods of light to 
moderate rain are expected at the burn site. Otherwise strong
southerly winds will continue with high humidity and overcast
skies. By Friday, a cold front will push the heavy rain further 
south, and the burn site will certainly see wetting rain and gusty
winds through the day.
