Trough [2] near 22S151E 20S148E. Forecast slow moving and weakening by
220000UTC.

Part 3 Forecast
East of line 13S155E 19S147E 25S152E, outside warning area:
Easterly quarter winds 15/20 knots, reaching up to 33 knots within 120nm of
trough [2].

Remainder:
Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to
low to moderate swell south of line 13S150E 13S166E.

Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout except
south of line 25S153E 16S153E 19S170E. Heavy at times within 60nm of trough
[2]. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
