.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Strengthening low pressure over
the Mid-Atlantic waters will track E and NE across the northern 
waters today and tonight. The low will lift a warm front N across 
the northern portion today and tonight. A strong cold front 
over the outer waters this morning will move E of the waters this
afternoon. The complex low pressure system will move slowly 
across the New England waters today into Sat, and then move well 
NE of the region Sat night into Sun. A series of secondary cold 
fronts or low pressure troughs will move E and SE over the region
Thu night into Sat night as high pressure slowly builds E 
towards the area. The high will then gradually move offshore Sun 
and Sun night, then pass E of the region Mon and Mon night as 
another cold front approaches the area from the W.
