.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Dolly was near 39.4N 61.7W at 1 PM EDT
moving ENE at 11 kt. The tropical storm will move to 40.6N 60.3W 
at 8 PM EDT tonight, and then continue moving E and away from the 
area Wed while transitioning to a post- tropical cyclone. See the 
latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center for more 
information. Elsewhere, a weak cold front will move across the 
waters tonight and Wed. Another weak cold front will approach the 
coast later Wed and Wed night, move offshore Thu, then stall and 
dissipate across the waters Thu night through Fri night. A third 
weak cold front will approach the coast Sat and Sat night.
