.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle NE winds and moderate seas will 
prevail through Sat, increasing to moderate to fresh speeds by 
Sat night, as an Atlantic cold front moves SE and reaches the NW
coast of Hispaniola. Moderate northerly swell lingering across 
the regional waters will fade today. New NW swell generated 
behind this next cold front will reach the area waters Sun.
