New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strengthening low pressure
along the Mid-Atlantic waters will track E and NE, passing just S
of the waters today and tonight. The low will lift a warm front N
towards the area today and tonight while a strong cold front
moves E across the southern waters. The complex low will drift
over the area today into Sat, move NE of the region Sat night
into Sun, and then move well off to the NE Sun night into Mon. A
series of secondary cold fronts and low pressure troughs will
move E and SE over the area Fri night into Sun night before a
weak high pressure ridge moves E to the coast Sun night. The
ridge will then move E across the region Mon and Mon night as
another cold front approaches from the W.
