.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Strong low pressure
NW of the outer Washington waters will continue gradually
weakening today while drifting W. Another area of low pressure
will develop W of the northern California waters today, then
intensify to storm force tonight into Fri as it moves NE across
the waters. The low will stall just N of the waters Fri night
through early Sun as a weak frontal boundary develops extending S
from the low across the waters. The boundary will remain
stationary through Mon night, with a new weak area of low
pressure developing along the boundary across the far SW portion
of the outer Oregon waters late Mon into Mon night.
