  Ocean Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to 35 NM 
  offshore...
  Ocean Waters from the Merrimack River to Plymouth from 40 to 60 NM 
  offshore...

At 917 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a few strong thunderstorms, 
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This 
thunderstorm was located near Nauset Light, moving northeast at 55 
knots.

The Coastal Waters East Of Cape Cod.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
