  Charleston Harbor...

Infrequent gusts to 35 knot gales will possible overnight as winds 
steadily increase behind a strong cold front. The risk gale force 
gusts will be highest from 10 NM to 20 NM offshore. Closer to shore, 
frequent gusts to 30 knots will be common. A Small Craft Advisory 
remains in effect tonight for all waters within 20 NM, including 
Charleston Harbor, and a Gale Warning in effect for the Georgia 
offshore waters out 20 to 60 NM.
