At 850 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. This front was located along a line
extending from 10 nm southeast of Manitou Island to 9 nm northwest of
Granite Point, moving east at 50 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
