High pressure situated to the east of Middle Tennessee is giving us a steady 
SSW breeze this afternoon, whick will diminish after sundown. This 
afternoon, we can expect scattered high clouds, but look for the clouds to 
thicken up during the next several hours in advance of the next active 
weather system. Mid-level ceilings are likely to develop this evening and 
overnight, and this will make it difficult for radiation fog to develop. 
So the 18Z TAFs are VFR.
