...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM MST EARLY THIS MORNING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Arizona, including the following 
  county, Pinal.

* WHEN...Until 230 AM MST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1228 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of
    rain have fallen. The gauge at the Santa Cruz Wash has
    observed a 2 foot and may continue to rise.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Casa Grande, Queen Creek, Blackwater, San Tan Mountain Park
    and Sacaton.
  - This includes the following highways...
    AZ Route 87 between mile markers 137 and 146.
    AZ Route 287 between mile markers 111 and 120.
    AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 182 and 191.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
