The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Iowa, including the 
following areas, Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Ida, O'Brien, 
Plymouth, Sioux and Woodbury, northeast Nebraska, including the 
following areas, Dakota and Dixon, and southeast South Dakota, 
including the following areas, Clay and Union.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
