At 957 PM CDT, Radar continujed to indicate thunderstorms with very heavy rain from just east of Grape Creek across north central Tom Green County to just south of Orient. A Mesonet site 7 miles northwest of San Angelo has received 4.37 inches of rainfall since 8 PM. Flooding has been reported in Grape Creek and on FM 2288 near and just south of Grape Creek. Flash flooding is likely ongoing,.and additional half to one inch of rain is likely through 1045 PM. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar.
