The Flood Warning is cancelled for a portion of southwest Virginia, 
including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Motorists should be cautious of 
any remaining debris on roadways. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
