...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 PM CDT THIS 
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues over parts 
  of the area.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Iowa, including 
  the following counties, in south central Iowa, Appanoose, Mahaska, 
  Marion, Monroe and Warren. In southeast Iowa, Davis and Wapello.

* WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is occurring however conditions are 
  expected to gradually improve.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 205 AM CDT, Widespread heavy rainfall over the past 24
    hours.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Ottumwa, Oskaloosa, Knoxville, Albia, Bloomfield,
    Pleasantville, Melcher-Dallas, Eddyville, Ottumwa Industrial
    Airport, Lake Red Rock, Knoxville Raceway, Eldon, Agency,
    Lovilia, Beacon, Bussey, Lacona, Blakesburg, Pulaski and
    Harvey.
