* Special Marine Warning for...
  Narragansett Bay...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 914 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 19 nm west of Cranston to 9 nm northwest of
  Westerly, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves. Strong winds will occur several 
           miles out ahead of the approaching thunderstorms.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dutch Harbor Light, Quonset Point, Melville, Greenwich Bay,
  Popasquash Point, Warwick Light, Bristol Harbor, Mount Hope Bay,
  Plum Beach Light, and Conimicut Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
