  complex was producing strong winds near gale force. Expect 
  hazardous boating conditions to continue until winds subside.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Buoy.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
