63S095E at 080000UTC then weakening by 090600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 57S085E 57S097E 61S098E 61S084E 57S085E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots in the northern quarter of low. Winds easing
below 34 knots throughout the area by 090300UTC. Rough to very rough seas.
Moderate to heavy swell.
