SITUATION AT 0600UTC
Vigorous westerly flow associated with a low 949hPa near 64S117E. Forecast low
950hPa near 64S120E at 181200UTC, low 958hPa near 64S123E at 181800UTC, low
969hPa near 65S128E at 190000UTC and then low 976hPa near 65S138E at 190600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S102E 52S130E 60S137E 64S135E 62S097E 54S102E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 34/45 knots within 750nm of low in the northern
semicircle, then contracting to within 480nm of low by 190000UTC. Winds easing
below 34 knots west of 104E by 181200UTC, west of 111E by 181800UTC, west of
120E by 190000UTC and west of 124E by 190600UTC. Very rough to high seas.
Moderate to heavy swell.
