SITUATION AT 0600UTC
Vigorous flow associated with a low 954hPa near 59S141E. Forecast low 956hPa
near 60S145E at 091200UTC, low 958hPa near 61S147E at 091800UTC and 961hPa near
62S150E at 100000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S129E 61S127E 59S155E 55S155E 51S135E 54S129E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 420nm of low in the northern semicircle.
Winds easing below 34 knots west of 139E and north of 056S by 100000UTC, and
throughout the affected area by 100600UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Heavy
swell.
