AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 29S166E 29S170E 44S161E 47S151E 45S150E 38S149E 35S152E 29S166E. FORECAST Northeasterly quarter winds within 300nm east of trough. Wind speeds 34/47 knots. Clockwise winds increasing within 240nm of low from 121500UTC reaching wind speeds of 34/47 knots in all but the northeastern quadrant.
