Vigorous westerly flow developing associated with low 997hPa near 15S128E and
forecast low 997hPa near 15S128E at 280000UTC, low 997hPa near 16S129E at
280600UTC, low 998hPa near 16S129E at 281200UTC and low 999hPa near 16S130E at
281800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 12S125E 15S125E 15S131E 12S131E 12S125E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots easing below 34 knots throughout the area
after 280000UTC. Rough to very rough seas. moderate swell.
